Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. Taskeen has no sign-in. Your progress lives on your device.

Is my progress backed up?
Not yet. Deleting the app deletes your progress.

Can I listen offline?
Yes. On the Recite screen, tap the download button to save a sūrah for the selected reciter. Saved sūrahs play without a connection.

How do I change the translation?
Open the reading settings in the Mushaf and choose a language. English, Spanish and Urdu are built in. Other languages download once, then work offline.
